SpacesWallet Privacy Policy

Published by Lunde Cognitive Effects, Inc. (LCFX) · Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Effective date: June 17, 2026

At a glance: SpacesWallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. We do not operate user accounts and we do not collect traditional personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or username. Wallet keys and your seed phrase stay on your device under your control. When you use Bitcoin Spaces features, certain on-chain identifiers—such as Bitcoin addresses, script pubkeys, and transaction IDs—may be transmitted to and logged by connected services as part of quotes, purchases, and payment activity.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Lunde Cognitive Effects, Inc. (“LCFX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the SpacesWallet mobile application (“SpacesWallet” or “the App”).

LCFX is located in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

2. Non-custodial wallet; no user accounts

SpacesWallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not create accounts for you, and we do not ask you to register a username, email address, or similar profile information to use the App.

Your wallet is generated and controlled on your device. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet passphrase, and we cannot recover them for you.

3. Your responsibility for wallet backup

You are solely responsible for securely backing up and storing your recovery seed phrase and any other credentials needed to restore your wallet. If you lose access to your device or delete the App without a backup, your funds and Spaces identities may be permanently inaccessible.

LCFX does not store your seed phrase on its servers and cannot restore a lost wallet on your behalf.

4. Information stored on your device

To provide wallet functionality, the App may store the following locally on your device, using platform secure storage where applicable (for example, iOS Keychain or Android KeyStore):

  • Your encrypted wallet seed and related key material
  • Wallet settings and preferences
  • Biometric unlock configuration, if you choose to enable it
  • Cached balances, transaction history, and other data needed for offline or faster display

This information remains on your device unless you uninstall the App, clear app data, or otherwise remove it. We do not receive your seed phrase or private keys.

5. Information we do not collect

LCFX does not intentionally collect traditional personal information such as:

  • Name, mailing address, or contact details you provide to us directly
  • Email address or username for an LCFX-operated account
  • Government-issued identification
  • Payment card or bank account information

Because SpacesWallet does not use LCFX user accounts, we generally do not know who you are unless you contact us voluntarily.

6. Information transmitted when you use the App

Although we do not operate a sign-in system, the App communicates with third-party services to provide wallet, pricing, and Bitcoin Spaces functionality. Depending on how you use the App, the following categories of data may be sent over the network:

6.1 SpacesOps platform

SpacesWallet uses the SpacesOps platform to support Bitcoin Spaces operations such as namespace lookup, quotes, purchases, job status, payment watching, and related protocol activity.

When you interact with these features, the App may send and the SpacesOps platform may log information including:

  • Bitcoin addresses and Taproot script pubkeys associated with your wallet paths
  • Public key-derived identifiers used to resolve Spaces handles or listnums
  • Transaction IDs (txid) for broadcast or watched payments
  • Quote, purchase, and payment metadata such as space names, subspace names, handles, prices, fees, coupon codes, and purchase identifiers
  • The App identifier (spaces-wallet) and API request parameters needed to complete the requested operation

This information is used to provide Spaces functionality and to correlate quotes, purchases, and payment activity. It is not used by LCFX to create a traditional user profile, but it may be retained by SpacesOps according to its own operational and logging practices.

6.2 Electrs Bitcoin service

SpacesWallet may connect to an Electrs Bitcoin indexing service to query blockchain data such as UTXOs, balances, and transaction history for addresses derived from your wallet.

When these queries occur, the Electrs service receives the Bitcoin addresses or related identifiers needed to return the requested blockchain information. Public blockchain data is inherently observable by network participants.

6.3 Other connected services

Depending on your configuration and the assets you use, the App may also communicate with additional services, such as:

  • WDK Indexer — balance and transaction data for supported networks
  • Bitfinex pricing APIs — market price information displayed in the App
  • Public blockchain networks and RPC endpoints — to broadcast transactions and read chain state
  • Tron network APIs — if you use Tron-related features and credentials are configured

These services receive only the information necessary to perform the request initiated by your device, such as wallet addresses, asset identifiers, or transaction payloads.

7. Device permissions

The App may request access to certain device features:

  • Camera — to scan QR codes for addresses or payment requests. Images are processed on your device for scanning and are not uploaded to LCFX.
  • Biometric authentication — Face ID, Touch ID, or equivalent, if enabled, to unlock the wallet locally. Biometric data is handled by your device operating system; LCFX does not receive it.

8. On-chain and public blockchain data

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Once you broadcast a transaction, information such as sender and recipient addresses, amounts, and transaction IDs may be visible to anyone who inspects the relevant blockchain.

SpacesWallet does not make blockchain data private. You should assume that activity associated with your addresses may be publicly analyzable.

9. Analytics, advertising, and sale of data

LCFX does not sell your personal information. SpacesWallet does not include third-party advertising based on your identity, and we do not operate an LCFX account system that tracks you across unrelated services.

Standard network and server logs maintained by infrastructure providers may include technical metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, and request paths. Where those logs exist, they are used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.

10. Data retention

Information stored on your device remains there until you remove it or uninstall the App.

Information logged or processed by third-party services such as SpacesOps, Electrs, or blockchain indexers is retained according to those providers’ policies and operational needs. LCFX does not control all retention practices of independent services connected to the App.

11. Security

We design SpacesWallet so that sensitive wallet secrets remain on your device and are protected with platform secure storage and optional biometric unlock. No security measure is perfect, and you are responsible for protecting your device, operating system updates, seed phrase backup, and any passcodes you use.

12. Children’s privacy

SpacesWallet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us using the details below.

13. International users

LCFX is based in the United States. If you use SpacesWallet from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, app store listing, or other reasonable notice.
